Clermont Search Warrant

On 6-13-25, at approximately 10:00PM, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office and Iowa State Patrol executed a search warrant at 1000 Oak St. Clermont IA.  During a search illegal substances and firearms were found and seized.  The following subject were arrested and charged: 

Jacob Bradley Mohs, 37 of Clermont IA, arrested and charged with 3 counts of Child Endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors,  Possession of a controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.

Trevor James Filyaw, 21 of Clermont IA, arrested and charged with 3 counts of Child Endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors,  Possession of a controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.

Amanda Renee Green, 40 of Clermont IA, arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense, a Class D Felony, 3 counts of Child Endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors,  and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.

All 3 subjects were taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail, where they awaited initial appearance.
