A Winthrop man was injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred Sunday evening in Delaware County. 66-year old Collin R. Whitney was eastbound on 210th street his vehicle swerved into the westbound lane and struck a vehicle operated by 38-year old LeAnn K. Terray of Aurora. The Whitney vehicle left the roadway, entered the ditch and struck a fence. Whitney was taken by ambulance to Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. He was cited with careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the highway. The accident occurred at 6:59pm on Sunday night.
