Delaware County Accident and Arrest Reports

A Manchester man was charged in connection with a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. Authorities report that on October 22^nd at 5:20pm, 47-year old Steven J. Thompson was operating a 2017 Chevrolet SUV was traveling on 267^th Street which went into the south ditch and struck a tree. The Sheriff’s Department received the call about the accident on October 23^rd. Thompson at first denied being the driver but called Authorities back on October 29^th and was charged with failure to maintain control and no proof of insurance. No injuries reported and damage totaled 15-thousand.
