Delaware County Authorities release information on a number of incidents

On Friday, November 7, 2025, Brandon Scott Lentner, 29, of Lamont, turned himself into the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Jail on an active arrest warrant for Failure to Appear.

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, Alan Franklin Billmeyer, 54, of Dubuque, was arrested in Dubuque County on an active Iowa State Patrol arrest warrant for Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor) and transported by a Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputy to the Delaware County Jail.

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 11:10 PM, a Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputy arrested Mason William Billings, 23, of Monticello. Billings was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 3rd or Subsequent Offense (Class D Felony), Driving While Barred (Aggravated Misdemeanor), Driving While License Denied or Revoked (Serious Misdemeanor), Driving While License Under Suspension (Simple Misdemeanor), Driving While License is Denied, Suspended, Cancelled, or Revoked (Simple Misdemeanor), and Operating Without an Interlock Device (Simple Misdemeanor). Billings also received a citation for Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability. This arrest was made stemming from a report of a possible intoxicated driver near Highway 20 and 310th Avenue. The traffic stop was made near the intersection of 265th Street and 310th Avenue.

On Friday, November 14, 2025, Mason William Billings, 23, of Monticello, turned himself into the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Jail on an active arrest warrant for Violation of Probation.

On Friday, November 14, 2025, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Heather Lee Sullivan, 35, of Greeley, on an active Manchester Police Department warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order (Simple Misdemeanor). The deputy filed an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor).

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, a Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Deputy arrested Shawn Charles Sullivan, 50, of Manchester. Sullivan was charged with Operating Under the Influence 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor). Sullivan also received a citation for Failure to Yield Upon Left Turn. This arrest was the result of a traffic stop at the stoplight intersection of East Acers Street and Highway 13/North Franklin Street.
