Delaware County Authorities release information on minor accident and two arrest incidents.

A Dubuque man was charged in connection with a two-vehicle accident in Delaware County. 67-year old Steven Michael Oliver was charged with Following Too Close. Authorities report that the accident occurred on May 23rd at 9:34am. 27-year old Reginald Spencer Dobler of Cedar Rapids was operating a 2014 Mazda Sport on Highway 38 in Greeley. Dobler decelerated from 55 to the 40-mile an hour zone. Dobler observed a 2015 Toyota Tacoma operated by Oliver approaching from behind. Dobler tried to move over to the right but was hit in the rear drivers side by the Oliver vehicle. Oliver acknowledged fault. Damage totaled six-thousand dollars.
