A Lancaster man escaped injury in a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. 34-year old Luis Eduardo Brito was operating a 2006 Toyota Corola westbound on 297th Street. A deer entered the roadway and Brito swerved to avoid contact. The vehicle went out of control and entered the ditch, causing it to roll and coming to rest on it’s top. Brtio was not injured and damage totaled 20-thousand dollars. The accident occurred on June 22nd at 1:53pm.

A Manchester woman escaped injury in connection with a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. 67-year old Linda Lou Holz was operating a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser on Highway 20 just east of 310th Avenue. Holz lost control and the vehicle entered into the ditch. No injuries reported and only minor damage occurred. The accident happened on June 23rd at 9:12pm
