Dubuque Cattle Show Cancelled

(Dubuque, IA) -- The Dubuque County Fair in Iowa has decided to cancel this year's open-class dairy show due to recent guidelines and regulation changes related to the Avian Flu. New state guidelines require dairy cattle to be tested before being moved to a fair or exhibition. This is due to the rise in cases in Sioux County farms. The fair is taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of everyone involved. The open-class dairy show will return next year, while all other scheduled events will proceed as planned.
