The Annual Financial Report was noted and filed. Vicki Bond -via speaker phone discussed Northwood Trailer Court. Motion by Kendrick, second by Hemann to approve the consent agenda consisting of: A.) Motion by Hemann, second by Sullivan to approve the first reading of Ordinance 296 Amending the City of Edgewood, Iowa Code of Ordinances, Title III, Chapter 3, “Traffic Code,” by adding Subsections 3-3-33(10) and 3- 3-33(11) to establish No Parking Areas. Roll Call: Ayes - Perrinjaquet, Hemann, Kendrick, Sullivan; Nays - 0. Motion carried.
Motion by Perrinjaquet, second by Sullivan to suspend the rules and waive the second and third readings and adopt Ordinance 296. Roll Call: Ayes - Kendrick, Perrinjaquet, Hemann, Sullivan; Nays - 0. Motion carried and said Ordinance adopted.

Larry Pape, Edgewood Fire Chief discussed the condition current of their SCBA Compressor. Motion by Hemann, second by Sullivan to appropriate up to $30,000.00 toward the purchase of a new SCBA Compressor for the Edgewood Fire Department. Funds to come from the Fire/Ambulance Local Option Sales Tax Fund. Roll Call: Ayes - Kendrick, Sullivan, Perrinjaquet, Hemann; Nays - 0. Motion carried.
