Regular Meeting Edgewood, Iowa January 9, 2023 Edgewood City Council met in regular session, Monday, January 09, 2023 in the Community Room. Mayor Stone called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Council Members present – Perrinjaquet, Kendrick, Brady, Sullivan; Absent – Hemann. Mayor Stone welcomed four visitors. Motion by Sullivan, second by Kendrick to approve the agenda. Roll Call: Ayes – Kendrick, Perrinjaquet, Sullivan, Brady; Nays – 0. Motion carried.

Mayor Stone declared a Public Hearing on the amendment of the 2023 budget open at 6:09 p.m. There were no written comments and no taxpayers or citizens voicing their opinion for or against said budget amendment as published. The

Regular Meeting Edgewood, Iowa January 9, 2023 hearing was closed at 6:10 p.m. Motion by Sullivan, second by Perrinjaquet to approve Resolution 23-01 amending the current budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. Roll Call: Ayes – Sullivan, Brady, Kendrick, Perrinjaquet; Nays – 0. Motion carried.

Motion by Sullivan, second by Brady to approve the Edgewood Fire Department’s 2022 Annual Report/Roster presented by Larry Pape, Edgewood Fire Chief. Roll Call: Ayes – Brady, Perrinjaquet, Sullivan, Kendrick; Nays - 0. Motion carried.

Edgewood Bible Church representative, Andy Beyer reviewed plans to expand their parking area. Motion by Sullivan, second by Brady to adjourn at 6:26 p.m. All Ayes.
