From the City of Elkader: Due to issues with the recycling truck, Hawkeye Sanitation will pick up recycling for the entire City of Elkader Wednesday. March 12th. Residents and businesses on the west side of Elkader that normally have recycling picked up on Tuesdays, should leave their blue recycling totes out for pick up on Wednesday, March 12th.
