On 12-21-24, at approximately 9:50 AM, a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Derek Rex Howard, 35 of West Union, for an arrest warrant, for assault, causing bodily injury or mental illness, a serious misdemeanor. Howard was taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail where he was held on $1000 cash bond.
