The 6th Ranked Bellevue Boys raced out to an early 17-point lead and rolled to a 73-31 District Semi-Final win over Central. The Comets used a balanced attack as 11-players scored. KeShaun DeShaw, Cameron Casel, and Spencer Abbott each scored 14. Owen Hamersland led Central with 13 and Griffen Hammersland contributed 9. The Comets built a 39-13 lead at the half and never looked back. Bellevue improves to 20 and 3. The Comets will face Maquoketa Valley on Tuesday night at Maquoketa. Mak Valley advanced with a 56-30 win over Ed-Co. Central closes the season at 15 and 8.
