February 25th Scores--Dunkerton Girls return to State with a Regional Final win over Ed-Co!

The Dunkerton Girls advanced to state for the second straight year with a 67-44 win over Ed-Co. Kylee Pexa led a balanced attack with 17. Hailey Kipp scored 15, Ava Fuelling added 13 and Abbi Waskow chipped in ten. Ed-Co was led by Lilee Boriskey with 20 and Rachel Eglseder added 9. The Raiders never trailed and grabbed momentum by scoring the final five points of the second quarter to go up, 31-22. The Vikings would not get closer the rest of the way. Dunkerton improves to 22 and 2. They will face Lynville-Sully in a Class 1-A State Quarterfinal on March 4th at 3:15pm. Ed-Co closes the season at 16 and 9.
