On September 19, 2023, at approximately 2:00am the Fayette County Sheriff's Office arrested Ross Ian Rivers Cashen, age 43 of West Union, on a valid Fayette County warrant for Felony Parole Violation (Original charge: Habitual Offender and Assault armed with Intent). Cashen was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he is being held without Bond and awaits an initial appearance from a Magistrate Judge.
