Greeley woman charged with Failure to Maintain Control following one-vehicle accident

A Greeley woman was charged with Failure to Maintain Control following a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. The accident occurred on April 20th at 4:49pm. 63-year old Dianna Lynn McDonough was operating a 2018 Kia Rio on Highway 38. McDonough stated she had a medical event. The vehicle crossed the center line and went into the ditch, collided with a mailbox and then a cattle fence coming to rest in a field. McDonough refused medical treatment and damage totaled 27-hundred.
