Hazelton Man Faces Charges After Incident in Oelwein

On July 27, 2028, at 10:01pm, Oelwein Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject at a residence in the 300 block of 2nd Ave NW. As a result of the investigation, Zacharias James Stowe, 38, of Hazleton was arrested on two charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (3rd or Subsequent Offense) – Class D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Simple Misdemeanor.
