North Fayette/Valley erupted for seven runs in the top of the first and kept Clayton Ridge at a distance in a 13-5 win. Sarah Dean hit a three run homer to get thing started. Dean later doubled in a run as well. Hannah Schroeder hit two home runs, doubled, drove in four, and scored three times. Schroeder hit a two run shot in the second and a solo shot in the sixth. Kadee Batterson singled and scored twice. Peyton McElree had two hits and scored. Lexi McGowan had two hits, scored, and drove in a run. Alice Sass drove in a run and scored. Lainey Donnelly, Aleigha Ward , Taryn Moser, and Kherington Johnson all scored. Alex Kent picked up the win on the mound, allowing nine hits, five runs, walked two and struck out six. Clayton Ridge was led by Audrey Ostrander who hit a two-run homerun. Brynn Meyer had three hits, drove in a run and scored. Amyra Millard doubled in a run. Emery Ostrander doubled and scored. Kierra Felder and Alyssa Sadewasser both singled and scored. Ava Vonderhaar drove in a run. NFV won game two by a score of 15-1 in 4-innings. North Fayette/Valley improves to 12 and 13, 9 and 1 in the Conference. Clayton Ridge falls to 5 and 9, 4 and 5 in the Conference.
