Starmont-West Central struck early and went on to a 12-2 6-inning win over Ed-Co. Elliot Francois hit a grand slam as part of a five-run first inning. Francois also scored a run in the sixth. Milton Cushman and Jack Thole both drove in a run and scored twice. Wyatt Opitz and Hudson Popham each scored two runs. Popham and Nick Wilfong also singled and delivered an RBI. Cayden Baumgartner also had a single. Jace Tommasin pitched four innings, allowed two runs, in getting the win. Tommasin added a base hit, scored, and drove in a run. Ed-Co was led by Pryce Rochford who had two doubles. Mack Perrinjaquet singled and scored. Keegan Stelken and Jorge Blanco singled. Blake Lendt scored a run. The Stars won game two by a score of 10-2. Starmont-West Central improves to 14 and 5, 7 and 3 in the Conference. Ed-Co drops to 4 and 16, 1 and 11 in the League.
