Manchester Police Arrests

Release Date: May 27th, 2025

On May 21st, 2025, at 6:29 PM, Manchester Police received numerous 911 calls regarding a physical confrontation outside the Conoco Gas station at 316 E Main St. Upon arriving on the scene, two males could be identified with multiple injuries to each other. Upon further investigation, Jonathon Hildebrand of Manchester and Johnathan Thomas of Manchester engaged in a physical altercation with each other in the parking lot. Defendant Hildebrand was charged with Willful Injury, Assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, and Disorderly Conduct. Defendant Thomas was charged with Willful Injury and Disorderly Conduct.


On May 26th, 2025, at 10:24 AM, Manchester Police received a disturbance call at Burger King at 200 W Main Street. A suspect entered the property with a visible fixed blade knife, threatening bodily harm to an individual he believed to be in the establishment. The suspect left the establishment and was later located by officers. During the investigation, it was revealed that the suspect, identified as Raven Letts of Manchester, was intoxicated and had the same weapon on his hip as described by witnesses. He was located and placed into custody. Defendant Letts is charged with going armed with intent, carrying weapons while intoxicated, and public intoxication.


On May 26th, 2025, at 8:46 PM, A Manchester Police officer conducted a traffic stop for minor traffic violations at S 7th Street and W Jasper St. Further investigation revealed Marijuana packaged for individual sale was located in the vehicle. The suspects, Shane Kucara and Jessica Mendoza of Marion, were removed from the vehicle. Further investigation of the vehicle also revealed 2 firearms in association with the controlled substances. Defendant Mendoza was charged with Controlled Substances violations and prohibited persons carrying firearms. Defendant Kucara was charged with controlled substance violations, felon in possession of a firearm x2, and prohibited persons carrying firearms.
