Museum Theft/Vandalism


On Monday, July 11th, 2022, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft and vandalism to miscellaneous items located inside a museum on South Sleepy Hollow Rd. in the Township of Scott. On the above date, during the afternoon hours, the owner of the property heard a loud crash coming from the museum and saw an older silver car with a rounded front end leave the area. Several shelves inside the museum were knocked down causing damage to some artwork items and a vintage postage stamp was stolen.
