No injuries reported in two-vehicle accident in Hopkinton, Manchester man arrested in traffic stop

No injuries reported in a two-vehicle accident in Delaware County. The accident occurred on November 20th at 5:10pm in Hopkinton. 45-year old Darryl Westly Butler of Cedar Rapids was operating a 2018 Rockfort Cargo Van. Butler stopped at the intersection of HIghway 38 and College Street and pulled into the path of a 2009 Chevrolet Colbalt operated by 35-year old Timonty Nels Olson of Delhi. Damage totaled 35-hundred dollars.
