Postville Search Warrant Arrests

On 10/24/2025 at approximately 5:51pm the Postville Police Department along with the assistance of the Allamakee County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on Aspen Avenue within the city limits of Postville. 

Perry Stone, of Postville, was arrested and charged with the following: Controlled substance violation - B Felony, Gathering where substances are used - D Felony. 3 Counts of Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd of Subsequent - D Felony. Theft 3rd Degree - Aggravated Misdemeanor, Gathering where marijuana is used - Serious Misdemeanor, Possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts - Simple misdemeanors. 

Molly Schegel of Postville, is charged with the following: Controlled substance violation - B felony, 3 counts of possession of controlled substance 3rd or subsequent - D Felony. Gathering where controlled substances are used - D Felony. Theft 3rd Degree - Aggravated Misdemeanor. Gathering WHere Marijuana is Used - Serious Misdemeanor. Possession of drug paraphernalia - Simple Misdemeanor. 

Both were taken to the Clayton County Jail and await initial appearance.
