Prairie Du Chien Crossings Maintenace

On Tuesday, June 17th through the end of the day on Wednesday, June 18th BNSF Railroad will be closing the Wisconsin and Iowa Street railroad crossings in Prairie du Chien to do routine maintenance. A marked detour route will direct traffic to use the Highway 18 bypass for both crossings.

On Friday, June 20th, BNSF will be removing the spur line that crosses Marquette Road, just south of Washington Street in Prairie du Chien. Traffic will be detoured to North Ohio Street from Washington Street to Blackhawk Avenue-there will be no parking on Ohio Street during this time. This work will be completed by Friday evening.
