On 5-6-23, at approximately 12:30PM, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Natural Resources executed a search warrant at 231 S Mill St. Apt 1 Wadena IA. During a search of the residence, marijuana, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia were found and seized. Steven Lynn Boleyn, 56 of Wadena IA, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and Marijuana , D Felonies, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Boleyn was also found to have a felony arrest warrant for multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance. Kimberly Kay Henriksen, 59 of Wadena, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled substance 1st offense, Methamphetamine and Marijuana, serious misdemeanors, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Boleyn and Henriksen were transported to Fayette County Jail where they are being held until initial appearance.

Kimberly Kay Henriksen Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, along with Northeast Iowa Task Force Members, Division of Narcotics Enforcement, West Union Police Department, Clayton County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol and Postville Police Department and K-9 Unit executed another search warrant at approximately 9:30 PM at 16628 Empire Rd. Wadena IA. During a search of the residence multiple ounces of methamphetamine, liquid and syringes, paraphernalia, and hundreds of dollars in US Currency were found and seized. Connie Marie Wilson, 60 of Wadena, and Frederick Alan Degreif, 52 of Wadena, were both arrested and charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, a Class B Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd offense, Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, both D Felonies, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Wilson and Degreif were taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail where they await initial appearance. This is the 2nd drug related search warrant executed in the last year at this address, where Wilson and Degreif were arrested for felony drug related charges.
