On August 13th, 2024, The West Union Police Department K9 Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was being operated by a known suspended driver. During the traffic stop the K9 Unit indicated on the vehicle for the presence of illegal narcotics. After a search of the vehicle the K9 Unit arrested and charged Teresa A’Hearn of Postville with possession and intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession and intent to deliver marijuana, possession and intent to deliver mushroom, failure to affix drug tax stamp, possession of paraphernalia, and driving while suspended.
