West Union man faces charges after arrest on a Fayette County Warrant

On November 25th, 2025, a Fayette County Deputy arrested 24-year-old Tristan Ray Moss of West Union on a Fayette County Warrant.  The warrant was for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor) and Fail to Yield Upon Entering a Through Highway (Simple Misdemeanor) which stem from a two-vehicle collision that occurred on October 5th, 2025, on Hwy 18 near the West Union Event Center.  Moss was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
