Winneshiek County Arrest Incidents

Incident/Charge: Theft Investigation/Search Warrant

Location: 1775 Old Stage Road, Decorah, Iowa 

Incident Details:  Following an investigation by the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office, on May 2, 2025, around 6:56 am the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on Old Stage Road in Winneshiek County.  As a result of this search warrant, Jamie Bockman (44) of Decorah were arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for:

1. C Felony Theft 1st Degree

2. Aggravated Misdemeanor Possession of Methamphetamine 2nd Offense

3. Serious Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana 2nd Offense

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Winneshiek County Attorney’s Office. This case remains under investigation with additional search warrants, arrests, and charges pending.

Location: TRANSPORTED FROM THE WINNESHIEK COUNTY COURTHOUSE TO THE WINNESHIEK  COUNTY JAIL.  

Person: RAYMOND DELAGARZA  

Address: DECORAH, IA 

Age: 41 

Incident details: RAYMOND DELAGARZA was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek  

County Jail on an arrest warrant for Violation of Pre-trial Supervision.

Incident/Charge: Serious Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana

Location: 170th Avenue, Decorah, Iowa

Person: Michael Ruroden

Address: Decorah, Iowa

Age: 67

Incident Details: Deputies responded to a residence on 170th Avenue near Decorah for a welfare check on a subject. Subsequently, Michael Ruroden was charged with serious misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
