Winneshiek County Arrest Incidents

Incident/Charge: Search Warrant/Several Charges

Location: 705 Ridgewood Drive, Decorah, Iowa 

Incident Details:  Following an investigation by the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office, on May 29, 2025, around 9:30 pm the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 705 Ridgewood Drive in Decorah.  As a result of this search warrant two subjects were arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

Zaden L. Seuferling (18) of Decorah was charged with:

1. C Felony Controlled Substance Violation (Cocaine) 

2. D Felony Controlled Substance Violation (Marijuana)

3. D Felony Failure to Affix Drug Stamp – 2 Counts

4. Simple Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Tyler Lange (19) of Decorah was charged with:

1. C Felony Controlled Substance Violation (Cocaine) 

2. D Felony Controlled Substance Violation (Marijuana)

3. D Felony Failure to Affix Drug Stamp – 2 Counts

4. Simple Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Decorah Police Department and the Winneshiek County Attorney’s Office. This case remains under investigation with additional search warrants, arrests, and charges pending.

Incident/Charge: Arrest warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault, 1st Off Causing Bodily Injury 

Location: TRANSPORTED FROM 2480 DOGWOOD ROAD IN DECORAH TO THE WINNESHIEK  COUNTY JAIL.  

Person: RAYMOND DELAGARZA  

Address: DECORAH, IA  

Age: 41  

Incident details: RAYMOND DELAGARZA was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek  

County Jail on an arrest warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault, 1st Off Causing Bodily Injury.
