Sentence Contempt. 

Two Decorah teens received minor injuries in a one-car accident in Winneshiek County. The accident occurred on June 12th at 12:02am. 17-year old Eutiquio Lozano was operating a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado northbound. Lozano reportedly tried to drift up the hill which also curves to the left. Lozano lost control, the vehicle entered the east ditch, the reentered the roadway going across the road and into the other ditch. The vehicle rolled down an embankment and struck a tree. Lozano and a passenger, 17-year old James Pavlovec of Decorah sustained minor bumps and scrapes. Lozano was cited for Failure to Maintain Control. Damage totaled nine-thousand dollars.
