Winneshiek Search and Warrant Arrests

Incident/Charge: Search Warrant/Several Charges

Location: 174th Ave, Decorah, Iowa 

Incident Details:  Following an investigation by the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office, on June 26, 2025, around 8:42 pm the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 2538 174th Ave near Decorah.  As a result of this search warrant two subjects were arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.

Christopher Jensen (40) of Decorah was charged with:

1. Serious Misdemeanor Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 2nd offense

2. Simple Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

3. Arrest warrant for failure to provide fingerprints

Amy Jensen (48) of Decorah was charged with:

1. Serious Misdemeanor Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st offense

2. Simple Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Winneshiek County Attorney’s Office. This case remains under investigation.

Incident/Charge: Arrest warrant for FAILURE TO PROVIDE FINGERPRINTS AS ORDERED 

Location: SUBJECT TURNED HIMSELF INTO THE WINNESHIEK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Age: 41 

Incident details: SETH PASH was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on an  arrest warrant for FAILURE TO PROVIDE FINGERPRINTS AS ORDERED.

Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for Violation Of Probation.
