August 28th Scores

Central used a big second quarter to grab control and rolled to a 74-28 win over West Central. The Warriors outscored the Blue Devils 30-0 in the quarter. Owen Hammersland rushed 12-times for 217-yards and three touchdowns, including a 65-yarder. Griffen Hammersland had touchdown runs of 1 and 17 and completed 4 of 5-passes for 78-yards and one touchdown. Griffen hooked up with Jake Hertampf on a 31-yard score. Mason Loan added an 80-yard kick-off return for a score and a 52-yard punt return for another.. Loan also added a 14-yard touchdown scamper and Braxton Bormann contributed a 16-yard score. West Central was led by Milton Cushion rushed 18-times for 128-yards and touchdown runs of four and eighteen. Anthony Spratt added a four-yard touchdown run. Brody Wolff connected with receiver Drake Puls on a 62-yard td pass. Central is 1 and 0, West Central is 0 and 1.
