Garnavillo Police release information on arrest of Clermont man on Possession of a Controlled Substance and other charges

No injuries in minor accident in Fayette County, a Hawkeye man arrested
On January 6, 2026 at approximately 5:33 AM a Fayette County Deputy came across a vehicle with damage and deer carcasses on Highway 150 south of the city of Fayette. Upon investigation it was determined 67-year-old Bonita Oliver of Ossian was northbound on Highway 150 in a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado when two deer entered the roadway.
