A Manchester man was injured in an accident in Delaware County. 57-year old Michael Lee Reth was injured in the accident. Delaware County Authorities report that on July 7th at 9:01am, Reth was operating a 2012 Freightliner Semi-Trailer northbound on Jefferson Road.
