Double OWI Crash Arrest  On 11/15/25, at approximately 2:18 a.m., the Grant County Communications Center received a 911 call. The individual said it was an accidental dial and gave a location different to where the call had plotted, which was on Military Ridge Rd., near Langmeier Rd., in the Town of Patch Grove. A 106-year old Manchester woman who was one of the oldest living Veterans that served in World War II has passed away. Mildred Frieda Fritz passed away on Saturday, November 15th at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. Fritz served three years during World War II. She enlisted in the US. Army Air Corps as a nurse.
