On 3-11-26 at approximately 12:25 p.m. Timothy A Erhardt, 58 of Starwberry Point, IA was arrested at the Fayette County Sheriff's on an arrest warrant for probation violation original charge was operating while intoxicated 2 nd offense. Bond was set in the amount of $5000.00 cash or surety. Erhardt later posted bond and was released.
