James Ronald Hoeger, age 75, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2026, at his home in Farmersburg. Jim was born on August 28, 1950, to Vincent and Inez (Brunsman) Hoeger. He graduated from Garnavillo High School and enlisted in the US Army. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran serving his country. He worked the family farm for several years before helping another farmer. A Greeley woman was charged with Failure to Maintain Control following a one-vehicle accident in Delaware County. The accident occurred on April 20th at 4:49pm. 63-year old Dianna Lynn McDonough was operating a 2018 Kia Rio on Highway 38. McDonough stated she had a medical event. Crawford County Authorities seek information on Hit and Run Accident that injured a female pedestrian and dog
On Sunday, April 26th, 2026, at approximately 8:41 a.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a hit and run crash.
