The Waukon Girls raced out to a 16-1 lead and went on to a 45-28 win over North Fayette/Valley. Bryiah Stewart led a balanced attack with 10. Elle Wilkens scored 9 and Willa Troendle scored 8. The Tigerhawks were led by Amelia Shaffer with 12-off the bench. Peyton McElree scored 7. Tthe Indians led by ten at the end of one and never saw the lead dip below ten the rest of the way. Waukon is now 4 and 2, 3 and 1 in the Conference. NFV falls to 0 and 5, 0 and 4 in the League.

The Waukon Boys closed the third quarter on a 17-0 run to grab control and they went on to a 52-35 win over North Fayette/Valley. Three Indians scored in double-figures. Issiah Moudy led the them with 18, Talin Hemann scored 14 and Vaughn Stegen scored 12. NFV was led by Jordan O’Kones with 14 and Kendrick White added 8. The Indians trailed 27-25 before using their run to grab control. The run reached 23-points without an answer when Waukon scored the first six points of the fourth to go up 48-25. Waukon improves to 3 and 0 overall and in the Conference. The Tigerhawks fall to 1 and 3, 0 and 3 in the League.
