Independent Dave Bushaw of Hawkeye announces run for Iowa's 2nd Congressional District

(Des Moines, IA) -- An Independent candidate is announcing his run for Iowa's 2nd Congressional District. Dave Bushaw is campaigning for the seat currently held by Republican Representative Ashley Hinson. He says he's running because the needs of regular people are not being addressed. The 31-year-old Hawkeye resident will hold his first campaign rally November 22nd at the Fayette County Fairgrounds.
