January 16th Scores--NFV Boys pull away late from Postville! Scores are posted!

The North Fayette/Valley Boys used a dominating 29-0 run at the end of the third and into the fourth quarter as the Tigerhawks pulled away for a 69-49 victory over Postville. Kendrick White led the Tigerhawks with 18. Jordan O’Kones and Hayden Thompson both added 15. Drew Stolka hit three fourth quarter 3s for 9-points. Blake Everitt scored all of his eight points in the final quarter as well and hit a pair of 3s. The Pirates were led by Xander Martinez with 18 and Cedric Navarro scored 12. Postville used an 8-0 run in the third quarter to go up 43-38 with 2:03 to go in the quarter. The Pirates then went scoreless during the next nine minutes as NFV took control. The Tigerhawks improve to 5 and 8, 3 and 7 on the Big School side of the Conference. Postville drops to 1 and 14, 0 and 10 in the League.
