Marquette Council did not take action on a request for a Zoning Map Change

The Marquette City Council held a public hearing to Consider a Zoning Map Change in the area of the 200-block of North Second Street. The change involved changing some lots from Commercial to Residential but no motion was made on the issue.
The Council approved a Concrete bid for the Playground Project. The bid totals 35-thousand.
The City of Marquette is looking to hire part-time positions for the Depot and Wetlands Centre.
They set April 14th as the date for a public hearing on amending the current budget.
Spring Clean Up day will be held on May 2nd in Marquette.
