Northeast Iowa Quilters Guild Will Meet on Tuesday, October 6th in Decorah

The Northeast Iowa Quilters Guild will meet Tuesday, October 6  at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm at the First United Methodist Church in Decorah. Refreshments will be served after the afternoon meeting and before the evening meeting. Our meeting will focus on preparing for our quilt show, October 17&18 at the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds in the Danan Lansing Building. We will also take a virtual tour of the most recent exhibition at the International Quilt Museum in Lincoln, Nebraska entitled “Material Nation: 250 Years of American Quilts. This exhibit features quilts representing different eras of quilt making from our country’s beginning to the present day. Visitors are welcome.
