The Northeast Iowa Quilters’ Guild will meet via zoom on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 7 pm for its monthly meeting.
This month members will be staying at home bundled up while they watch a gallery tour by Melody Reels from the Iowa Quilt Museum on their current exhibit Rebound – Renew – Reimagine: Manhattan Quilters Guild Reemerges!
This powerful collection from the Manhattan Quilters Guild captures the spirit of recovery and renewal after the isolation of the pandemic. Each quilt tells a personal story of resilience, creativity, and community—reminding us how art can heal and reconnect us. From intricate designs symbolizing hope to bold expressions of reimagined futures, these works are a testament to the enduring power of quilting.
The zoom link will be sent out closer to the meeting date. For more information, please check out the NEIQG home page (www.neiqg.com) and the NEIQG Facebook page (Northeast Iowa Quilters' Guild).
The Northeast Iowa Quilters’ Guild is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that meets on the first Tuesday of the month. A short business meeting is followed by announcements, show-and-tell, and a program or presentation. New members are always welcome.
