Gladbrook-Reinbeck used a number of big plays to pull away from Ed-Co, 54-18 in an 8-man Quarterfinal. Treyvon Herron rushed for 162-yards on just 14-carries and scored four touchdowns. Herron had touchdown runs of 36, 68, 1, and 20. Trevor Mathern completed 13 of 15-passes for 177-yards and three scores. Hudson Clark contributed ten receptions for 137-yards with touchdown catches of 65 and 28. Chad Gutknecht added a 28-yard scoring reception. For Ed-Co, Jax Steger rushed for 98-yards on 20-carries had touchdown runs of 2 and 42. Steger completed 13 of 25-passes, one touchdown and two interceptions for 114-yards. Christopher Lange had five receptions for 62-yards and Jaden Miller scored on a 15-yard reception. The Vikings close the season at 10 and 1 with their second straight Quarterfinal Round appearance. Gladbrook-Reinbeck improves to 11 and 0. The Rebels will face Woodbine in an 8-man Semi-Final on Wednesday, November 12th at 1pm. Woodbine cruised by Fremont Mills 50-12.
