On 3-11-26 at approximately 12:25 p.m. Timothy A Erhardt, 58 of Starwberry Point, IA was arrested at the Fayette County Sheriff's on an arrest warrant for probation violation original charge was operating while intoxicated 2nd offense. Bond was set in the amount of $5000.00 cash or surety. Erhardt later posted bond and was released.
