Three People Arrested After Report of Underage Party in Fayette County
On 9-26-26, at approximately 9:00PM, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office took a report of an underage party where illegal substances and alcohol were being used at 12378 165th St. Fayette IA. A narcotics search warrant was applied for and granted. Fayette County Deputies executed the search warrant approximately an hour after the report. When arriving on scene approximately 50 individuals were present. Those who fled the scene were later found and detained with the aid of a drone. During a search of the residence and property, illegal substances, paraphernalia, and alcohol were found. After an investigation and multiple interviews, Alan James Millin 22 of Fayette IA was arrested and charged with Gathering Where Controlled Substances are used-Marijuana, a serious misdemeanor. Nolan Duane Lamphier, 20 of Fayette IA, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, and Gathering Where Controlled Substances are being used-Marijuana, both serious misdemeanors. Skyler Louis Mckey, 19 of Colesburg IA, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor and Interference with Official Acts, a simple misdemeanor. Numerous individuals were cited for Possession of Alcohol under the legal age, and numerous Juvenile Referrals are pending for illegal conduct. Fayette County Sheriff's Office was assisted by West Union Police Department. This case is under investigation, and more charges are pending.
