Double OWI Crash Arrest

On 11/15/25, at approximately 2:18 a.m., the Grant County Communications Center received a 911 call. The individual said it was an accidental dial and gave a location different to where the call had plotted, which was on Military Ridge Rd., near Langmeier Rd., in the Town of Patch Grove. The individual who spoke with dispatch was identified as Ty Adrian, 18, of Glen Haven.

Two Grant County Deputies responded to the location of the call, and observed a 2016 Mazda in the ditch. When the first deputy arrived, they observed a Gray Volkswagen Jetta, leaving the location of the crash.

During the investigation, it was determined Adrian had been the driver of the Mazda, and Anthony Davis, 20, of rural Prairie Du Chien, was the driver of the Jetta, that had left the scene. Both individuals were requested to return to the location of the crash. Both Adrian and Davis returned to the crash location from a nearby residence, and both individuals showed signs of impairment.

Subsequently, both Adrian and Davis were placed under arrest for OWI 1st offense. Adrian was also issued citations for failing to notify police of an accident and inattentive driving. Davis was also cited for knowingly assist person fleeing accident.

No one was injured in the crash, and due to the damage sustained to Adrian's vehicle, it had to be removed from the scene by B&M Auto of Bloomington.
