Location: Canoe Ridge Road, Decorah, Iowa

Incident Details: The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance that occurred at a residence in Hesper. Daryl Farley was separated from the residence for the night and got a ride to Decorah with family. A couple hours later the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office received a call that Daryl Farley had jumped out of a vehicle at an intersection and refused to get back into the car. Deputies arrived on scene and located Daryl Farley walking on Canoe Ridge Road near Drake Hill Road. Daryl Farley was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for simple misdemeanor public intoxication.
