Anamosa man arrested by Manchester Police on Enticing and Grooming charges

On Saturday February 7th, 2026, Manchester Police placed another alleged internet predator into custody.

Donald Ray Linkous (59), from Anamosa, traveled to meet an undercover officer for sexual acts. The undercover officer was portraying a 15 year old, and the defendant sent nude photographs and videos to the undercover officer. The defendant had plans to take the juvenile from Manchester back to their residence in Anamosa.

Defendant Linkous was placed into custody and transported to the Delaware County Jail.

Defendant Linkous was charged with:

- Enticing a Minor under 16

- Grooming

- Disseminating Obscene Material to Minor

This marks another victory in a successful operation.
