Prairie du Chien Council sets Public Hearing Date for Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades

The Praire du Chien City Council set March 17th as the date for a public hearing on the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades. The project is exepcted to cost in the range of 10 to 14-million dollars. It would be the first upgrade to the facility since 1995.
The Council received an update on the Fort Fun Project. The old equipment will be removed and put up for sale. A fundraiser continues for the project with 150-thousand dollars still needed to reach their goal.
Tyler Walters was hired as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator.
