Cresco man charged in connection with a two-vehicle accident in Winneshiek County

A Cresco man was charged with Failure to Yield Upon Entering a Highway after a two-vehicle accident in Winneshiek County. 28-year old Devin James Hauber was charged. Authorities report the accident occurred at 5:39am on October 30th on County Road W-14. Hauber was operating a 2014 Chevrolet Pickup and came to stop at the intersection but proceeded through before clearing the intersection. The Hauber vehicle was struck by a 2012 Chevrolet Impala operated by 36-year old Dustin Ryan Ruroden of West Union. Neither driving was injured and damage totaled 95-hundred dollars.
