(Decorah, IA) -- A Decorah woman has been sentenced to ten years in prison after pleading guilty to delivering a drug-laced lasagna to a pregnant woman in an attempt to cause a miscarriage. According to investigators, authorities received a report in January about lasagna that had been laced with oxycodone. An investigation found that 36-year-old Amber Snow delivered the food to a pregnant family member with the intent to cause a miscarriage. Snow pleaded guilty to all seven charges, including nonconsensual termination of a pregnancy. Thirty-five-year-old Matthew Uthoff was also arrested and charged in the case. He has pleaded not guilty, and his trial is set to begin June 10.
