Elkader City Council approves Airport moving to a private entity

The Elkader City Council approved moving the Airport from a public entity to a private status. The move was made due to the new regulations at the Elkader Airport.
The Council also approved a 50-cent wage pay increase for Pool Staff with Water Safety Instruction Certification.
